NSS

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Central Sector initiative of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. At RV University, NSS is an integral part of our commitment to shaping socially responsible and community-aware graduates.
The NSS programme offers students structured opportunities to participate in a wide range of service activities, both on and off campus. It promotes values of discipline, empathy and civic engagement—encouraging students to contribute meaningfully to society while developing leadership and interpersonal skills.
The NSS Unit at RV University is coordinated by a designated Programme Officer (PO) and is actively driven by student volunteers from across disciplines.
