Dr. Kumar has more than three decades of combined expertise in academics and the financing industry. In the banking industry held executive roles in development banking, commercial banking and multi-national banks viz, Economist, head of project financing, chief risk officer, etc in the banking domain later specialised in the risk management framework and banking policy.
Research Interests MSMEs, Health and Development Economics. Banking, Financial Risk Management, International Financial Regulation, Financial Inclusion, Public Finance and Public Policy.
Dr. Aprajita Pandey
Assistant Professor Ph.D from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad. MBA & B.Com, University of Lucknow.

Dr. Aprajita Pandey has a Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad. She holds an MBA degree in Management Science from the University of Lucknow. Before joining IIT (ISM) she has served as an Academic Assistant in Accounting and Finance area at IIM Lucknow. She has attended several national and international conferences.

Research Interests Earnings Management, Initial Public Offerings and Corporate Governance.
Dr. Debjani Halder
Assistant Professor (Film Studies and Film Making) Ph.D (Film studies), Jadavpur University, India

Debjani Halder (Ph.D) is a national and international award-winning Documentary Filmmaker, Film scholar and Film Curator. She has been worked as Film Research Officer/ Associate Professor of Film Appreciation and in Film and Television Institute of India. She received several national and international research fellowships in India and abroad. She received a PhD degree in film studies, Jadavpur University, India.
Research Interests Indian Parallel Cinema, Film and Gender, Psychoanalyse and History of World Film Movement.
Dr. Lakshmi Arya Thathachar
Associate Dean and Associate Professor Ph.D. (Modern Indian History), Jawaharlal Nehru University

Dr. Arya is a historian by training, although her research and teaching span history and philosophy. She has been awarded various national and international fellowships including a Fulbright Fellowship, a Charles Wallace Fellowship and a Fellowship of the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla. She also writes creatively.
Research Interests Political Philosophy, Epistemology, and the Socio-Religious History of Colonial India.
Dr Meera Baindur
Associate Professor Ph.D (Environmental Philosophy), MAHE (Manipal)

Dr. Meera Baindur (she/her) is a philosopher. She holds a doctoral degree from MAHE (Manipal) in the interdisciplinary area of environmental philosophy which she completed through the National Institute of Advanced Studies, (NIAS) Bangalore.

Prof. (Dr.) Priya Nair
Associate Dean and Professor PhD (Psychology) The M.S. University of Baroda

Dr. Nair has close to 20 years of research and teaching experience and has also been actively involved in institution building. Besides, she has also been a consultant to various organizations for conducting assessment centers, setting up counseling centers etc.

Dr. Pushkarni Panchamukhi
Assistant Professor Ph.D. (Economics of Education), University of Mumbai.

Dr. Pushkarni has diverse experience in the field of education with a multi-disciplinary perspective that recognises the impact of political economy on policy-making. She brings in the much-needed insights and analyses of grassroots practice into the larger macroeconomic policy framework.

Dr. Iyer is a social scientist interested in interdisciplinary approaches to the study of agrarian change, gender, livelihoods, and the environment.

Dr. Vijendra Singh
Assistant Professor Ph.D., Centre for Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University

Dr. Singh specialises in political science and engages with Indian intellectual history and dimensions of Indian politics. He has over five years of teaching experience and received a doctoral fellowship from the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies, New Delhi.
Research Interests Modern Indian Political Thought, Political Theory, Electoral Politics in India, Indian International Thought and Indian Intellectual History.
Dr.Keerthi Kishore S
Assistant Professor Ph.D. in Psychology from IIT Bombay

Dr.Keerthi Kishore S is interested in teaching, training, and conducting research in the area of applied psychology. He believes in using experiential learning as one of the main pedagogical tools to facilitate learning. He is actively involved in designing and conducting learning and development programmes in the area of human resource development.

Dr.Samudra Sen
Assistant Professor PhD in Public Systems from IIM Ahmedabad

Dr Samudra has completed his BCA, MBA(HRM) before completing his PhD in Public Systems from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IIMA, he worked in a large PSU for more than a decade. His research interests lie in the areas of public policy, productivity analysis, education, etc. He has published several cases, journal articles and book chapters.

Ms. Deepa Ganesh

Deepa Ganesh has been Deputy Editor, The Hindu for two decades heading the culture pages. Writer, translator, and editor, she has received the Sahitya Academy award for translation of UR Ananthamurthy's stories into English. She has received the music critic award from the Musicological society. She was editor of the Sahitya Academy journal for three years and has five published works.
Research Interests History of music and theatre and its current practises, literature and translation studies.
Adviti Devaguptapu

Dr.Adviti is interested in monetary economics and her thesis focuses on inflation and expectations. She has publications in reputed journals such as the Journal of Macroeconomics, etc., and has also attended reputed international conferences such as WEAI, etc.

Dr. Uniyal is a poet, entrepreneur, advertising professional and also a management professor. He is co-author of a best-selling book "Managing Retailing" published by Oxford University Press. He is the former DEAN of FLAME University and has held top academic positions at IIM Kashipur, SPJIMR, Mumbai, MICA Ahmedabad and LBSNAA, Mussorie.

Sanjay Chitnis is an academician, technologist & mentor in the domain of Machine Learning; and Angel Investor in Edu-tech domain. He did his M.Tech from IIT Kanpur and Ph.D from the Dept. of Computer Science and Automation, Indian Institute of Science, in Machine Learning. Previously he was the Principal of CMR Institute of Technology, Bangalore in 2014 and Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship also Chairman, Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University. In his last role he was the Dean of Computer Science department at REVA University.

"Mr. Deepak V obtained his Masters degree in Tool Engineering from RVCE, Bengaluru and Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from PESCE. He has three years of industrial experience in Product design and Injection mold design. He worked as product design engineer in TE Connectivity.
He secured 1st rank in Tool Engineering branch, M.Tech and was awarded Gold medal from Governor of Karnataka. He was also awarded the “Best outgoing student” for the 2013-15 batch.

Research Interests Product Design & Manufacturing, Injection Mold Design, Press Tool Design, CAD and CAM.
Prof. Devaraj.B
Assistant Professor M.F.A in Painting, Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore

With over 25 years of art practice and teaching, Devaraj’s works shows high technical proficiency as well as strong conceptual understanding. He is the winner of the ‘Lalit Kala National Academy Award’ and many other recognitions. He has many solo & curated exhibitions to his credit. He has designed over 300 cover pages, books, architectural perspectives and has illustrated over 1400 caricatures for ‘The Economics Times’, Bangalore.

Research Interests Contemporary Art practices, emerging new mediums & methods in India. Possible influences of digital art forms on future generations.

Prof. Riswadkar has been designing for 20 years in User Experience Design & Education, e-Learning, Multimedia Design, Publication Design, and Advertising. During his free time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, calligraphy, photography and reality shows.

Rajavel Manoharan is an expert in User Experience Design & Design business Strategy. He has more than two decades of experience in UXD for digital products and services. Prof. Rattan Gangadhar
Associate Professor and Programme Head - Product Design M. Des, IIT, Bombay; BE, University of Mumbai

Prior to joining RVU Prof Gangadhar was the Programme Director of the Masters Programme in Integrated Product Design at Anant National University. Prof. Gangadhar began his teaching career at Institut Superieur de Design Rubika, DSK International, Pune in 2011. Prof Gangadhar has held various positions at the General Motors Technical Centre at Bangalore. Prof. Gangadhar worked as a motorcycle designer at Escorts Yamaha Ltd., where he was responsible for redesign of the Yamaha RX-Z for the Indian market.

Professor of Practice BE (Industrial and Production Engineering)

Prof Damodaraswamy has a multi-faceted career profile spanning, entrepreneurial, corporate, and academic experience. Prior to his academic involvement, he was Experience Design - Head at Infosys Limited. Over the past nine years, he has been teaching at various design schools, pursuing self-initiated research developing next-generation design frameworks, and consulting in the area of upper limb prosthetic design.

Research Interests Studying design culture, developing next generation design frameworks.

Prof. Krishnappa has over 16 years of experience in research and teaching and 18 years of senior-level executive experience. He is a Doctoral Research Fellow at O.P. Jindal Global in the areas of Philosophy and Literature. He was a Research Fellow at the level of Associate Professor with IDSA from 2004-13. He has also served Indian Airforce in his capacity as Group Captain (Select) / Director, Operations.

Prof. Vinay Mundada

Prof. Mundada is a design veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He inspired the launch of the M. Tech programme in Electronic Design and Technology at CEDT and contributed to Electronic Product Design and Development consultancy. Prof. Vinay Mundada had been the Founding DEAN of School of Design at Symbiosis University for more than a decade.
