Dr. K. Thenmozhi – She is working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, RV University, Bangalore, Karnataka and India. She holds a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Computer Science in 2020 from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She done her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in 2010 from the same university, following her undergraduate studies in Physics (B.Sc.), which she completed in 2007 at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
She is a dedicated and passionate educator with 11 years of teaching experience in higher education, specializing in Computer Science. Committed to fostering student success via dynamic lectures, innovative teaching strategies, and effective classroom management. Demonstrates a strong ability to simplify complex concepts and motivates students to excel both academically and in research.
She has published approximately 30 research articles in reputed journals and conferences, with more than 15 of them indexed in Scopus with good impact factor. Her commitment to innovation is also reflected in her two published patents. In addition, she has contributed as a reviewer for Scopus-indexed journal and IEEE conferences. She was honored with the Best Faculty Award at Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal, during the academic year 2017β2018. Additionally, she has served as a mentor for two NPTEL courses and received certificates recognizing her contributions. An active member of various professional bodies, she has also participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs, seminars, and workshops. Her research interests include Machine Learning, Distributed Clustering, Bioinformatics, Soft Computing, and related areas.
