About
Dr. Reshma M. is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), where she earned her Ph.D. in human resources and organizational behavior. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer applications and an MBA in general management, reflecting a strong interdisciplinary foundation in technology and management. Her doctoral thesis, titled “The impact of remote work on employees’ career and well-being outcomes: A mixed-method study,” examined how remote work influences employees’ career satisfaction and subjective well-being. She has presented her research work at both international and national conferences, such as the Academy of Management (AOM), the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP), the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), and the Indian Academy of Management (INDAM). She published the article in the International Journal of Organizational Analysis (ABDC-‘B’) journal.
Her research interests focus on the intersection of emerging technologies, organizational transformation, and sustainable development. She explores how artificial intelligence and digital technologies are reshaping the future of work, employee careers, well-being, and organizational practices. Her research aims to generate insights that enhance organizational effectiveness and support the achievement of the sustainable development goals (SDGs).
