Faculty Development Programme: From Question to Synthesis

The School of Business, RV University, organised a five-day Faculty Development Programme titled “From Question to Synthesis: A Hands-on Workshop on Systematic and Thematic Reviews” from 21–25 July 2025 in hybrid mode.

The programme equipped faculty members and research scholars with practical skills for conducting systematic and thematic literature reviews, covering research question formulation, literature search and screening, data extraction, synthesis, thematic analysis, and review manuscript development.
