About
Dr. M. N. Dinesh completed B.E engineering from RVCE, M.E from UVCE, Bengaluru and Ph.D. from VTU. He has a total teaching experience of 37 years. Dr. Dinesh started teaching career at UVCE as a teaching assistant for 6 years, then worked at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering for 8 years, and at RVCE for 23 years.
Dr. Dinesh has held various positions as Deputy Controller of Examination at RVCE, Controller of Examinations at RV University, Coordinator of Innovative Teams. He was a committee member at VTU, BoS member as VTU nominee, PhD registration committee member at Bangalore University.
He has patent on ‘Regenerative Suspension-Based Energy Harvesting System for Heavy Commercial Vehicles’.
Primary Area: HV insulators, ageing studies of polymeric insulator and power electronic converters.
Allied Areas: Smart grid integration, super capacitors, synchronizing renewables to grid and control system.
