International Conference 2027

18 January, 2027 - 20 January, 2027

Call For Papers

Contemporary global development is at a critical juncture. The decades of industrial and technological development have driven many disruptions, including environmental challenges, innovation, the digital revolution, and demographic transitions. Though traditional models are being replaced by sustainable economic growth models, regenerative pathways are considered to be more resilient and inclusive. The concept of regenerative ecosystems operates on the principle that human, institutional and technological systems must align with the adaptive, self-renewing processes of natural systems. Subsequently, these systems seek to restore ecological integrity, strengthen social capital, and create resilient economic structures that generate long-term value for businesses, institutions, governments, and communities. This perspective aligns with the emerging transition from linear economic models to circular and regenerative economies. In consequence, organizations and institutions are increasingly expected to innovate responsibly while contributing to climate resilience, digital inclusion, equitable growth, and long-term economic prosperity. This transition toward a regenerative economy demands effective policymaking, collaborative governance, and inclusive stakeholder engagement.

The International Conference on Economics & Business, centered on “Institutions, Innovation and Regenerative Ecosystems” provides a platform to students, early-career, and senior researchers to showcase their ongoing research, obtain valuable feedback and explore network opportunities. The conference seeks original and policy/practice-oriented research article submissions focusing on the transition toward regenerative economic systems, sustainable business models, and responsible governance. Original unpublished research papers are sought from faculties and Ph.D. scholars on any one of the following main areas/tracks:

  • Development Economics and Policy

  • Applications of Operations Research and Machine Learning in Policymaking and Management
