The Psychology Programme is organising a three-day Mental Health Awareness Programme from 6–8 October 2026, in connection with World Mental Health Day, which is observed globally on 10 October. The programme is designed to provide students with different ways of understanding and engaging with mental health and wellbeing.
While the panel discussion and awareness talk will provide opportunities for learning and interaction with mental health professionals, the competitions and exhibition will encourage students to explore mental health through creative expression.
