About

Dr. Ananya Mohanty holds Ph.D. in Psychology from University of Hyderabad. Her doctoral research focused on understanding the way positive psychological resources and managerial competencies shape leadership effectiveness and employee well-being within organizational settings. She was awarded Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Full-Term Doctoral Fellowship grant during her doctoral research.

Prior to joining RV University, Dr. Ananya served as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at NMIMS, Mumbai. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking, evidence-based learning, and the practical application of psychological principles to real-world contexts.

Her academic interests include Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Research Methods and Statistics. She is passionate about fostering an engaging learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and ethical practice. Through her teaching and research, she strives to bridge the gap between psychological theory and practice while contributing to the advancement of psychological science and the holistic development of students.

Interested in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of psychology, technology and management.

Eager to apply quantitative research methods and statistical techniques to investigate psychological processes in organizational settings.
