Dr. Jagadish K A is an Assistant Professor in the School of Pure and Applied Sciences, RV University, Mysuru. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics with research expertise in semiconductor thin films, metal oxide heterostructures, and functional materials for optoelectronic and energy applications. His research primarily focuses on the fabrication and characterization of oxide-based thin film devices using reactive DC magnetron sputtering. He has also worked extensively on device simulation using SCAPS-1D for photovoltaic applications.
Dr. Jagadish has published research articles in reputed peer-reviewed international journals and has presented his work at national and international conferences. His current research interests include thin-film photovoltaics, photodetectors, semiconductor device physics, nanomaterials, and advanced material characterization.
At RV University, he is committed to creating an engaging learning environment by integrating theoretical concepts with experimental and research-oriented approaches.
