Dr. N. Meena Rani holds an MBA in Marketing, M.Com in Banking (Gold Medal), Master of Business Laws (MBL) from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), M.Phil., and Ph.D. She has over 23 years of academic and research experience, complemented by three years of industry experience. Her academic career reflects a strong commitment to teaching, research, mentoring, and academic leadership.

Dr. Meena Rani has actively contributed to the advancement of research in the areas of marketing, banking and financial services, digital technologies, and emerging issues in business and society.

She has successfully guided three Ph.D. scholars to completion and is currently guiding four Ph.D. scholars. She has published research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals.

Her publications examine contemporary issues including impulsive buying, Generation Z, social media, banking-sector brand loyalty, sustainable consumption, electric-vehicle adoption, digital technologies and employee performance, and artificial intelligence in education and business.


Her recent research increasingly engages with AI adoption, trust, digital transformation, family businesses, and sustainability, reflecting an evolving interest in technology-driven changes in organisations and consumer markets.


Her work combines empirical research with conceptual and systematic-review approaches, contributing insights of relevance to both management scholarship and managerial practice.
