About
Dr. Nand is an Assistant Professor of Political Science with a Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He also holds an M.Phil. and Master’s degree in from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from the University of Delhi. His academic interests include Political Science, International Relations, comparative politics, foreign policy, and strategic studies, with a special focus on Russian foreign policy and global power politics. He has more than five years of teaching experience in premier institutes. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers at national and international conferences. He is a recipient of the UGC Senior Research Fellowship and has qualified UGC-NET in Defence and Strategic Studies. He is committed to teaching, research, and fostering critical political inquiry among students.
