Prof. Vrinda V Nair is a keen researcher and an academician with 20 years of experience in Industry and academia. Her Industry experiences include organizations like Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, Ingersoll-Rand, GE and Sami Labs Ltd.

She has graduated in Economics and Masters in Personnel Management from Pune University. She attained her doctoral degree from Jain University in the domain area of Work Engagement. Her area of specialization is Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour.

She has a Professional certification in HR Analytics for IIM Kozhikode Professional Certification on Labour Laws from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Has participated and presented papers at various national and international conferences other than various research publications.
