Dr. NayanaTara Acharya holds a first-class master’s degree in English [MA], a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management [PGDHRM] and a degree in Law [LLB]. She has done PhD in the interdisciplinary areas of Communication and Management. She is a passionate academician with more than twenty-three years of work experience in the areas of English Language & Literature, Communication, Interpersonal Skills & Management, and Management Research. Being a co-founder of the organization, she has been looking after the activities of “Viva Unnati Trust” which was established in the year 2021 for imparting education, rural development, women empowerment, health & hygiene, underprivileged children welfare, vocational training and skill development, etc. Besides teaching, she has affinity for academic and creative writing. Additionally, she has deep interest for holding training programs for faculty members of schools and colleges on ‘Pedagogical Strategies’. With prominent research inclination in the fields of Corporate Communication and HR, she has presented and published a number of research papers in the national and international conferences.

This research critically examines the CSR communication of select Indian companies for rhetorical techniques propounded by the Greek philosopher Aristotle adopting the Qualitative Design and Reflexive Thematic Analysis approach. The findings of the analysis reveal that Aristotelian rhetorical aspects as persuasive strategies, are evident in CSR communication.
