The Prelude to the Twelfth IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing in Emerging Markets (CCEM) in collaboration with the School of Computer Science, RVU University will be held on 12 June 2023. CCEM. The format of this prelude is a unique concept - ‘Pre-Conference Workshop' which has two broad tracks. One is a mentoring workshop track for students or budding researchers who have a seed of an idea and want to build on it to convert it to a proof of concept, product, or research paper. The second is an invited talk track that brings together top-notch researchers, talks from industry and government leaders, seed and idea of innovative projects, and startup proposals. The conference provides a platform for researchers, professionals, and entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, discuss the latest advancements, and explore the challenges and opportunities presented by cloud computing.
