As Dean of the Robert H. Smith School of Business, Prabhudev Konana leads the school’s mission to promote research excellence, innovative programs, outstanding learning experiences and thought leadership where students become independent thinkers.

He is a recipient of the NSF CAREER Award, an accomplished researcher with several best paper awards into the value of social networks and IT, and an outstanding teacher with over 35+ teaching awards. He is co-founder of a non-profit Pragathi to support early education of economically challenged children in India.
