Nikhil Moro (Ph.D., 2006; Ohio State) is an expert in media law with an international reputation in internet law and emerging technologies. His research has appeared in numerous peer-reviewed journals, including First Amendment Studies, Journal of Internet Law, and Journal of Media Law & Ethics. It has won awards at regional and national conferences, including those of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication. Dr. Moro is the Editor of the Journal of Media Law & Ethics, one of the leading peer-reviewed journals in the field.
