Join us on November 25th, at 4:00 PM, as we welcome Hon’ble Mr. Justice R.V. Raveendran for a Distinguished Public Lecture on the eve of Constitution Day.
He is a former judge of the Supreme Court of India, having served there for 6 years. During his tenure, he has been a part of several landmark judgments on constitutional law, OBC reservation, and education. He was a part of a five-judge bench that upheld a 2006 law providing for 27% reservation for other backward classes in central educational institutions, including IITs and IIMs. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Raveendran has been described as 'one of the greatest judges of the Supreme Court' by Hon’ble Mr. Justice S.H. Kapadia, former Chief Justice of India.
