A distinguished public lecture is taking place today by Prof. Nihal Perera regarding the topic "Rural Development with People".
Prof. Nihal Perera is an author, Fulbright scholar, the founder and leader of the award-winning CapAsia field study. He has not only taught in countries across the world but has been on board numerous great projects.
