He is an award-winning Banking and Financial Services business leader with 25+ years of extensive operating, sales, and marketing exposure at AXA Investment Managers, Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, and Aditya Birla Group. He is an expert at running Joint Venture alliances, has set up 3 business units, managed 2 M&A integrations, and implemented multiple turnaround annual operating plans and lean business strategies. He has an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and is a Marshal Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach.
