Dr.Mydhili K Nair is currently working as a Professor & Head-B.Tech(C.S.E), School of Computer Science(SoCSE), RV University. She has 27 years of experience as a mixed bag in software industry (9 years – Technical Lead to Project Manager) and academia (18 years – Professor and NBA UG Program Coordinator at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology). She has won the prestigious IBM Faculty Award for her collaborative research & academic association with IBM. She has been the Faculty Advisor of Google Developer Student Club for more than a decade. On the academic conference organizing front, she is active in IEEE circles in the roles of organizing committee member of ANTS, CCEM as well as Women in Engineering forums such as Grace Hopper. She has been mentor for her students who have won many project competitions & best paper awards at State & National level. Recent one in August 2022, being Best Innovator – MHRD Institute Innovation Cell & Best Project in State Level VTU Project Competition.
