Dr. V Rajesh Kumar is a commerce graduate and a Doctorate in Strategic Finance. He has 31 years of academic and industry experience, and has taught finance courses in and outside India.

He is a renowned researcher whose articles are published in reputed international journals, and his papers are presented in conferences including presentations at Harvard University, National University of Singapore and the like. His books on ‘Financial Management’ and ‘Indirect Taxes’ are published by MHE India, and the books on ‘Accounting’ co-authored by him are published by MHE India and HPH.

Dr. Rajesh is the first Indian professor to be selected for an International Faculty Training Program conducted by IEDC, Bled, Slovenia. He has conducted over 100 faculty development programs in the areas of finance, research methods and econometric tools, and also has been resource person for around 100 corporate training programs. He has delivered guest lectures on various areas of higher education and conducted student development programs across India.

Dr. Rajesh is a visiting faculty at the Bangalore Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for more than 25 years, and teaches Finance related courses.

He is the founder of VITTAM PRAVINA GURUSHALA (Finance Expert Academy) which is engaged in providing knowledge and skills, in finance and related areas.

My Research is in the area of Finance, covering a broad spectrum of Corporate Valuation and Restructuring, Investments (covering Stocks, Bonds and Mutual Funds), Risk Management, Derivatives, International Finance, Behavioral Finance. My research output ranges from journal articles, conference papers, cases, caselets, books, and book chapters.
Research Interests:
My current interest of research is Indian Knowledge System. Financial Management practices in the ancient Indian writings, and Investment Management based on Astrology are the research areas i intend to focus upon.
