She has taught courses like Big Data, Java, Front end engineering, etc. Published few papers in Springer journal. Prior to to this she working with MNCs and holds extensive experience in designing, implementing,testing and delivering projects in e-commerce domain, travel domain,etc. She has worked with premier clients such as ExxonMobil, Shell, Hindustan Unilever, Carlton And United Breweries (melbourne), CLICKS ( capetown).

Exploration and implementation of classification algorithms for patent classification: This paper is an attempt of performing the classification of patents to various categories. In recent years, the number of patent documents is rapidly increasing worldwide, which demands for a powerful system that can automatically classify the patents. This in turn helps in maintenance of patents easier. Also makes searching fast and convenient. In order to classify the patents, some of the classification algorithms are been explored and implemented such as Naïve Bayes classification algorithm and support vector machine (SVM)algorithm are used. Classification is done based on certain parameters such as title,abstract,etc of the patent. The results are also compared and SVM proves to be better. Pre-processing such as stopword removal, stemming, lemmatization, etc. which further improves the performance of classification process. In addition to above , TF-IDF feature is also added which provides better accuracy for results.
