Shanti Konda

Prof. Shanti completed her Bachelor’s degree in Geoinformatics that specializes in satellite data from Andhra University, Vizag, in 2017 and her M. Tech in Data Science from Alliance University, Bangalore. She has industry experience of around 2 years working in the SLK Group in a data science-related area. She is pursuing her PhD at RV University, and her research interests are machine learning, deep learning, and data science. She is also part of the Dhee Center for AI and Data Science.

Durgarao Guttula

Dr. Durgarao Guttula received his Master of Science in Physics from Banaras Hindu University in India. In 2010, he moved to Singapore to pursue a PhD in physics at the National University of Singapore, and he got his degree in 2014.

He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) from 2014 to 2017 under the supervision of Professor Patrick Doyle (MIT). Later, he joined the Mechanobiology Institute (MBI), NUS, Singapore, where he worked under Professor Yan Jie. He conducted research on biomolecule force spectroscopy. He published seven articles in international journals with peer evaluation. In addition to his research, he worked as a safety manager for the lab for more than four years and as a fire warden for two years at NUS.

He spent nine months as an assistant professor at the Chaitanya Institute of Science and Technology teaching engineering physics to B.Tech. and diploma students before moving to RV University. He teaches Exploring Science to computer science students at RVU.

With seven years of experience in academia, she has dedicated her career to shaping the minds of aspiring designers. her goal is to inspire and empower students to explore the world of design, particularly in the context of spatial & interior Design. Driven by a desire to nurture the next generation of talented designers, she employs innovative teaching methods and practical projects to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry.

Prior to her academic journey, Prof. Khushboo spent five years working in the industry as an interior designer. This invaluable experience provided her with a deep understanding of the practical aspects of design, allowing her to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Drawing from their real-world experiences, she offers students invaluable insights into the inner workings of the design world. Beyond their professional pursuits, Prof. Khushboo has a profound love for pottery. Exploring the tactile nature of clay, she seeks to uncover new perspectives and forms that can be integrated into her work. This passion for pottery enables her to bring a unique perspective to their teaching, emphasizing the importance of craftsmanship and materiality in design.

Prof Khushboo has also made significant contributions to the academic community through her research endeavours. As a co-author, she has published a paper on the impact of colours in kids’ spaces, delving into the psychological and emotional effects of different colour palettes on children's well-being. Throughout her career, Prof Khushboo remains steadfast in their commitment to fostering a creative and stimulating environment for students. By encouraging students to push boundaries, challenge conventions, and create designs that captivate and inspire, she seeks to make a lasting impact on the world of design.

I am Dr. Jyoti Vidhani having more than 6 years of working experience in Academia. I am a Assistant Professor in the area of Accounting and Finance. Before joining R V University I worked with Amity Business School, Amity University Maharashtra. I was teaching and supervising to Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Phd. students. I was handling additional responsibilities like Ranking & Accreditations, Program Leader of BBA, International Program Leader, IQAC and Admissions. I have completed Phd, M.Phil, M.com in Acounting. I have received Gold Medal in M.Com (Ist position in University) and IInd position aforesaid university in M.Phil. Teaching courses in the area of Accounting & Finance- Cost and Management Accounting, Corporate tax Planning, Global Mergers and Acquisition, Corporate Finance(Financial Management), Cost accounting, Financial accounting.

Shantanu Pachauri

Shantanu Pachauri is an Assistant Professor at School of Law, RV University. He graduated from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He has completed his post-graduation from the National Law University, Delhi with a specialization in Criminal and Constitutional Law. In his dissertation, he analyzed the death sentences awarded by Madhya Pradesh trial courts in 2018, and argued that the trial courts of Madhya Pradesh moved further away from individualized sentencing, especially after the legislative and executive developments in the State. He has published a number of articles with various journals and other platforms including the Indian Law Review, NALSAR Student Law Review, GNLU Law Review, NUJS SACJ Criminal Law Review, and NLS Socio Legal Review Forum among others. His interest lies in the intersection of constitutional and criminal law. He has published articles on various legislative and judicial developments including death penalty, simultaneous elections, witness protection scheme, sentencing policy for rape, etc. His article on simultaneous elections received an honourable mention in the Indian Law Review Best Article Prize, 2022. The article argues that the introduction and sustenance of simultaneous elections with the aid of mechanisms like constructive vote of no-confidence, fixed-term legislature, and executive rule make the system rigid, attack the principles of democracy and federalism, and erode executive accountability towards the legislature.
