Prof. Suba, brings in 28 years of industry-academia experience. In her previous assignments, she has lead teams and taken responsibilities to shape the vision and direction of Business Schools for international accreditation, financial sustainability, building robust systems, and enhancing University reputation Prof.Suba has published over 30 scholarly research articles in journals of repute, a patent in collaboration with industry, 3 government grants-in-aid for research and training, 5 MDPs and Consulting funds, and 2 awards conferred in 2022. A notable award is by Salcomp Inc for Excellence in People Leadership, in 2022 Prof. Suba holds UG degree in Mathematics, Post-graduation in Business Administration, Doctoral degree in Management, and a few notable certifications in Business Analytics – including IIM Bangalore. She was also trained as IBM Application Developer in AS/400. Her agenda is to offer superior students’ experience, bring-in industry-integration, international collaborations, create innovative and forward-thinking learning and research environment for the school
