This study explored the behavioral dynamics that is responsible for the success of the small independent specialty retailers in a shopping center during weekday extended trading hours. Drawing on literature from different areas, consumers’ shopping experiences, browsing patterns and factors influencing browsing activities in small independent specialty stores in a shopping center during weekday extended trading hours was investigated.

One’s ability to manage stressful work situations, the amount of social help and assistance one receives, and the coping mechanisms one employs all play significant roles in how much stress one endures on the job.

Predicting Graduate Admissions using Ensemble Machine Learning Techniques: A Comparative Study of Classifiers and Regressors. 2023 2nd International Conference for Innovation in Technology (INOCON) The goal of this research is to apply machine learning techniques to forecast a student’s probability of being accepted into a graduate program. Applicants’ GRE and TOEFL grades, university rankings, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, cumulative grade point averages, and prior research experience are all included in the dataset utilized for this analysis.

Research Summary
Interdisciplinary research: initiated integration of information systems theory and spatial interaction theory.
Qualitative and quantitative research: managed and analysed focus groups, personal interview and questionnaire survey to address the research objectives and questions.
Independent decision making: effectively implemented the research methods by considering the human ethics, types of analysis to be carried out and sample size.
Team work: research outputs achieved congruity with co-authors knowledge and feedbacks.
Verbal and written communication: presented and published the findings and novel contribution of the research to the target audience through conference proceedings and journals.
Ability to liaise: collaborated with one of Australia’s largest shopping centre management firm.
Ability to conduct research in a foreign country: performed case study in Australia as an International PhD student.
Research Interests
My research interest lies within the interrelated fields of E-commerce; Behavioral Economics; Urban & Regional Planning; and Retail Geography
