The logo represents the core objectives and focus areas of the Centre for Banking, Development and Financial Studies (CBDFS). The blue leaves symbolises the economic intervensions in general and financial outreach so as to achieve the desired goals. The blue bar carries forward the financial intervensions for growth and development in a sustainable fashion which is symbolised by the green bar. This also represent achievement of sustainable development through a re-generative process. The colour of energy is orange, which in turn symbolises the achievement of energy requirements from the previous pillar of sustainable financing intervensions. The tall yellow coloured pillar in yellow represents well-being, symbolising the human welfare. Broadly, the bars represent financing in a sustainable way leading to human welfare through the 4 bar composition. The golden layer of the bars represents the colour of the RV University logo with a growth pattern to engage, explore and excel.
