Abstracts must be submitted on or before 15 June 2024. Abstracts submitted after this date will be rejected directly without any reviews.

1. Abstracts must be submitted online via the link provided below.
2. The submission must include a title, abstract, keywords and author information
3. Abstracts should be structured and concise, typically containing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Although not all abstracts will conform to this format, they should all contain enough information to frame the problem and orient the conclusions.
4. The abstract text should not exceed 300 words.
5. The abstract submitted can only have maximum of three authors.
6. The authors will receive the abstract review result on or before 25 June 2024.
7. Please ensure that the submitted abstracts are original works and have not been previously published or presented elsewhere.
8. Please refrain from submitting papers that are purely descriptive or merely provide an overview of a topic. Originality is highly valued, so avoid any form of plagiarism in your abstract.

The Student Best Paper Awards will be presented to recognise the two most outstanding research papers submitted by students and research scholars in the fields of Criminology, Victimology, and related subjects. Submissions for this category must be from individuals aged below 30 years. Papers should present the results of empirical research studies conducted within the themes and sub-themes of the conferences over the past five years. The recipient of the first Student Best Paper Award will receive a £125 book voucher, while the second-best paper will be awarded a £75 book voucher, both sponsored by the Prestigious Bristol University Press, UK.

The prestigious Bristol University Press, UK, has expressed an interest in publishing some of the best papers from the conference as an edited book volume following the conclusion of the event. Authors will receive invitations to submit their full papers shortly after the conference concludes. The conference committee will provide additional information regarding publication requirements in due course, enabling interested authors to commence work on their full papers well in advance. The selection of papers will be based on the originality and quality of the research presented at the conference, ensuring that only the most impactful contributions are showcased within the edited volume.

Conference Registration fee includes access to all sessions for 3 days, conference welcome kit, lunch and morning & evening tea on all 3 days, a conference dinner reception, and certificate of participation or presentation.

Participants registering under the UG/PG Students and Ph.D./Research Scholars categories must be enrolled in a full-time course at a recognised college or university. Part-time or distance education students and scholars are considered general participants and will pay the registration fee as applicable to working professionals. The conference committee reserves the right to request proof of student status or Ph.D. registration to verify eligibility.

• Registration for the conference and pre-conference workshop has to be made separately.

• The pre-conference workshop is exclusively available to students and research scholars and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The pre-conference workshop has a maximum capacity of 60 participants. Once we reach this limit, the registration link for the pre-conference workshop will be disabled.
• All participants are required to register individually and submit payments corresponding to their respective categories.

To make the conference participation easy for all participants, especially students, the conference committee has decided to provide accommodation on two sharing bases at a reasonable price. We have two types of accommodation: PG student accommodation and Budget hotel accommodation. We have limited accommodation spaces available, which will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
