Overview
CDJI has been set up at the School of Law, RV University, Bengaluru to advance research and awareness of various disability issues. CDJI endeavors to engage with issues across social, technological, economic, and physical domains through a lens grounded in human rights principles. With a clear vision to bridge knowledge gaps in disability studies, CDJI pledges to undertake evidence-based research and propose solution-oriented approaches, leveraging its strategic location and institutional support to drive meaningful change and foster inclusivity.

- Utilize legal interventions to protect and enforce the rights of persons with disabilities
