I am a Doctorate (PhD) from Griffith University, Australia. My research interest lies within the interrelated fields of E-commerce; Urban & Regional Planning; Retail Geography; and Human Research Management. I have completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) with dual specialisation in Finance and Human Resource Management from Doon University, India.

During my stay in Australia as an international PhD student, I have gained the experience to initiate collaboration with industries in the international platform as one of Australia’s largest shopping centre management company voluntarily participated in the research and facilitated in obtaining relevant data. The research findings provided suggestions for shopping centres in terms of leasing strategy.

Overall, my long term research objective and aspiration is to achieve sustainable consumption by assisting individuals/entrepreneurs especially the small businesses in adapting digital transformation and alleviate poverty.
