Dr. Kanish Debnath has a work experience of more than 9 years (6 years in teaching and 3 years in industry). His areas of expertise lie in Managerial, Developmental, and Behavioural Economics. He is technology savvy and prior to making his foray into academics, Dr. Debnath was a software engineer with Infosys Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Dr. Samudra has completed his BCA, MBA(HRM) before completing his Ph.D. in Public Systems from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IIMA, he worked in a large PSU for more than a decade. His research interests lie in the areas of public policy, productivity analysis, education, etc. He has published several cases, journal articles and book chapters.

Dr. Uniyal is a poet, entrepreneur, advertising professional and also a management professor. He is co-author of a best-selling book “Managing Retailing” published by Oxford University Press. He is the former DEAN of FLAME University and has held top academic positions at IIM Kashipur, SPJIMR, Mumbai, MICA Ahmedabad and LBSNAA, Mussorie.
