Programme Overview

This two-year, full-time postgraduate programme integrates academic training with hands-on experiential learning, based on the scientist-practitioner model. With a focus on ethical practices and diverse applications, students will gain the skills necessary to become professionals in the field of psychology.

The programme offers three specialisations: Counselling Psychology, Organisational Psychology and Forensic Psychology.

The M.Sc. in Psychology at School of Liberal Arts and Sciences at RV University is a dynamic two-year postgraduate program designed to develop both academic knowledge and practical skills through a hands-on, experiential approach. The M.Sc. programme in Psychology has 3 specialisations viz., Counselling Psychology, Organisational Psychology and Forensic Psychology, which start from the second year. The first year will be common to all the three specialisations.
