Dr. Logasakthi Kandasamy is an Associate Professor of School of Business at RV University, Bengaluru. With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, Dr. Logasakthi is an Alumni of XLRI NCR-New Delhi, completed his post graduate program in Digital HR transformation & People Analytics. He has published numerous articles in Scopus & ABDC indexed journals and he published two books with social interest on Empowering women, Organic farming, and Climate change by his regional language. Two of his case studies were published in the UK Case centre. His research focuses include impact of emotional intelligence, AI influences on detecting employee’s emotion for industrial productivity and other contemporary social challenges. Dr Logasakthi has been awarded his Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) from Anna University, Chennai. Qualified with UGC-NET and Tamil Nadu State Government’s State Eligibility Test (SET) for Assistant Professor in 2012. He has received best faculty award from one of the Promising Engineering Institution at Tamil Nadu and won Best research paper award twice from the International Conference organized by Private Universities in India. He is a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and certified Professional trainer in Outbound Training (OBT) from IIPE, Canada. Dr.Logasakthi has conducted MDP sessions for leading companies’ executives and functional managers on various areas such as Strategic Team Building, Workplace cohesiveness, Conflict Management and Creative Problem solving.
