Neha Najem is is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, RV University, committed to fostering academic excellence and inspiring students to explore innovative solutions in technology.
She holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from VVIET College, Mysore, and an M.Tech in Information Technology from National Institute of Engineering College, Mysore. Her strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of computer science has significantly influenced her approach to teaching and research.
Before transitioning to academia, she gained valuable industry experience as a Technical Analyst at Microland Pvt. Ltd., where she developed deep insights into the practical applications of technology and the evolving needs of the industry.
At RV University, she is dedicated to equipping students with the technical knowledge and problem-solving skills needed to excel in the IT industry.
