Dr P.Karthikeyan obtained his the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.,) in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and Tamil nadu, India in 2005 and received his Master of Engineering (M.E,) in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Coimbatore India in 2009. He has completed Ph.D. degree in Anna University, Chennai in 2018. He has worked as post doctorate research fellow at the department of computer science and information engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. He has contributed to the national projects on using Technology to promote Human Rights and sustainable development, supported by the National Science and Technology Council, Taiwan. He possesses a high level of proficiency in project development and research, specializing in the domains of Cloud computing and the practical application of deep learning. He is well-versed in programming languages, including Java, Python, R, and C. His research endeavours have led to the publication of more than 30 papers in esteemed international journals, many of which have garnered commendable impact factors. Furthermore, he has shared his research insights through presentations at over 20 international conferences, solidifying his reputation within the academic community.
Vaidyanathan (“Vaidya”) has around 30 years of industry experience having setup development centers for various Fortune 50 companies like Intel, IBM, Microsoft, GE, etc. He is a passionate hands-on technology geek, focusing on next generation technologies like Generative AI and Quantum Computing. His educational background includes M.S. in Software Systems and B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering.
Mrs.Kalpana Devi S is currently working as Assistant Professor in RV University, Bengaluru, Karnataka. She received her B.E(CSE) Degree from Madras University, Chennai in the year 2004, and MTech. Degree from Dr.M.G.R Educational and Research Institute University, Chennai in the year 2008. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in the areas of Optimization and Routing. She has more than 18 years teaching experience and her areas of specializations are Algorithms, Data Analytics and Machine Learning. She has published around 11 research works in the reputed journals. She has presented more than 20 papers in the National and International Conferences and 5 Patents. She is the Life member of ISTE. She has been invited as Guest Speaker for external talks.
Dr. Sudhakar K. N embarked on his educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology in 2001. Subsequently, he achieved a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from CMR Institute of Technology in 2010. His academic pursuits culminated in a PhD focused on Wireless Sensor Networks from VTU in 2020.
Before transitioning to his teaching profession, Dr. Sudhakar gained industry experience by working as a developer for the startup company Baskara Technologies. His teaching career commenced in 2004 when he took up the role of a lecturer at Sri Krishna Institute of Technology in Bangalore. Continuing his academic journey, he became a part of the Computer Science & Engineering department at CMR Institute of Technology in 2006, where he continued to hold various roles until 2023.
Throughout his tenure, he assumed diverse responsibilities that underscore his expertise and commitment. These roles encompassed serving as the HOD-CSE from 2010 to 2011, acting as the chief architect of educ8 ERP between 2013 and 2015, establishing and overseeing virtual labs at the CSE department from 2015 to 2017, spearheading the automation of the Student Project Monitoring System from 2017 to 2020, among numerous others.
In the year 2023, Dr. Sudhakar K. N embarked on a new chapter by joining RVU, School of Computer Science and Engineering, further enriching his academic journey.
Dr. Kitty Mukherjee is a passionate educationist who facilitates the teaching & training to bring the best in her students. An academician and researcher with a distinguished career of more than 25years, she has worked and completed her education from top institutes and universities in India. Her Ph.D. study is related to one of the most important Sustainable Development Goals to transform the World – ‘Gender Equality. A passionate teacher and mentor, an educationist, she holds three master’s degree Sociology, Mass Communication and Management. Her first master’s is in Sociology, (University Topper &Gold Medalist-UGC NET Cleared), second in Mass Communication (UGC NET Cleared) and the third masters is in Management with specialization in marketing and HR. She holds Post Graduate Diploma in English Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, (IIMC) with special distinction and another Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from the prestigious Pondicherry University. Her other education qualification includes B.Ed. from one of the topmost Education Colleges in Haryana, C. R. College of Education, under M.D. University Rohtak. She has an additional certificate in Guidance CIG from IGNOU. In a career spanning 26 years, she has experience in academics for curriculum development, teaching & training, organizing, and conducting events, administration, planning and maintaining media relations. With excellent communication skills and understanding of students’ personalities, she has been successful in managing, placing students in the corporate world and leading the teams in the organizations wherever she has worked.
Dr. Rajni Chandiwal is a historian. She has more than seven years of teaching and research experience. Her research work focuses on the social history of cleanliness and hygiene, colonial modernity, questions of caste inequality, children’s literature, gender in colonial discourse, urban history, and sanitation. She has acquired her doctorate degree in 2018 from Centre for Historical Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.
Dr. Arpitha H.C Is an Associate Professor and Programme Director for the Post graduate course – LL.M. at School of Law, RV University. She also holds the Position of Executive Director at the Centre for Health law and Ethics at the University. Her doctoral thesis is awarded in the domain of Health Law. She has more than a decade of teaching experience at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. Along with her teaching responsibility, she was the Assistant Coordinator for the Distance Education Programmes offered by NLSIU,Bengaluru. Few of her recent accomplishments include Editor of a Book Publication by Thomson Reuters titled “Health Law and Ethics- Critical Reflections” (2022). She has also been the member of the task force to Framing regulations for the National Medical Commission Act, 2019-under the Aegis of the Members of NMC, Govt. of India. (2023). She has participated and presented various Research papers at National and International Seminars, Conferences and workshops. She has been the Resource Person for various Training Programmes and Workshops as well. Few of her recent accomplishments include being a Team member of the task force on the requirement of a Health ombudsman for the Government of Karnataka. She has also been on the Team for drafting the Amendment to the Karnataka Private Establishments Act, 2007 under the Chairman ship of Hon’ble Justice Vikramjit Sen Committee . She has played an instrumental role in bringing about restructuring the Transplantation of the Human Organs Act in Karnataka with coordination with Jeevasarthakathe, Government of Karnataka.
I am a researcher, academic, entrepreneur, writer and musician. My professional experience engages with research, academic and journalistic writing, editing, music, corporate communications, video production, and project management. In my free time, I am ultra marathoner, hybrid athlete, coach, baker, and an avid reader.
Eesha Shrotriya is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, RV University. She graduated from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, earning a bronze medal in recognition of her academic performance. She completed her LLM from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi specialising in criminal law. For her dissertation, she studied the extra-legal factors which affect the sentencing decisions of women offenders in India. Her articles have been published in various academic journals and platforms including the Indian Law Review, NALSAR Student Law Review, NLS Socio-Legal Review Forum, among others.
Growing up in a city like Bangalore and choosing to practice art has made me realise the importance in observing the details of simplicity in livelihood and the rapid changes as the city grew over decades. As an art practitioner, these observations played an important role in shaping my visual skills in understanding and perseving through artistic approaches Further studies in Fine Arts at Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan, has paved a clear understanding towards contemporary practices of the 21st Century as compared to the early practices of Indian Renaissance period. I continue my pedagogical practices with an addition of Design knowledge with the background of artistic practices in Bangalore.
