Prof. (Dr.) S. Manjunath has worked as a Professor & Head, Department of Mathematics, Deputy Chief Superintendent, Chief Superintendent and Controller of Examinations (COE) at B N M Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. He has also served as a member of BOE, member of BOS, Chairman of Squad team, External Deputy Superintendent and on several expert panels of VTU as well as Autonomous Institutions.
He was honoured with a doctoral degree by Bangalore University, Bangalore in 2000. He has a very rich experience of more than thirty-two years in the field of teaching and research. Seven research scholars, one in Computer Science, one in Mechanical Engineering and five in Mathematics are awarded Doctoral Degree under his supervision. Presently, he is supervising four students of Applied Mathematics for their Doctoral Degree.

He has visited National University of Singapore, Singapore, Indonesia and Western Australia to present research papers in the International Conferences. He is also a lifetime member of six prestigious bodies viz Indian Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Operational Research Society of India, Indian Society for Technical Education, Ramanujan Mathematical Society, Indian Mathematical Society & The Academy of Discrete Mathematics & Applications.

Furthermore, he is shouldering myriad responsibilities such as: an Associate Secretary of Cultural Program, Extra Curricular Activities, NSS Program Officer, Chief Editor of the College Magazine and Lion’s Club Quarterly Bulletin and Vice President of ISTAM. He is an Executive Council Member of ISTAM (2012-13) & Ex-officio Member, ISTAM (2021 – 23) (An International Meet), Advisory Member of various National and International Conferences, Chairman of Organizing Committee of International Conferences, Organizing Secretary of ISTAM-2007. He has also chaired several technical sessions in the conferences. Besides, he is actively involved in TV-9 Panel Discussion, Radio Panel Discussion and Career Talks.

Dr Pullela did his Masters from University of Hyderabad, PhD from University of Mysore, and Postdoc from Marquette University, USA. he has over 25 publications, licensed over 15 technologies, six US patents, mentored over 17 startups and received over 30 crore research funding. Dr Pullela has created “Design Thinking by Panchatantra”, a story based innovation system and has created over 37 successful entrepreneurs. He routines conducts 2/3/5 day long workshops in technical article writing, patent drafting and product development. Dr Pullela’s students have won over 60 national and international awards and he has received DBT’s Biotech product, Process development & Commercialization award from honorable President of India in the year 2017.

Dr. Shivaprasad S.P. is working as an Assistant Professor at School of Business, RV University, Bengaluru. He joined RV University in January 2023 and prior to that he was a full time researcher at Department of Commerce, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. He received his Ph.D. in the field of Finance from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal in 2023 for his research work titled “An Evaluation of Effectiveness of Option Trading Strategies in Indian Derivatives Market”. He has almost 5 years of research and teaching experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. He has published around five research papers in International journals listed in ABDC and Scopus indexed and has presented his work in various national and international conferences. He is recognized as a research coordinator at School of Business, RV University, Bengaluru. He is recognized as a Ph.D. guide at RV University and looking forward to enthusiastic researcher to lead them to Ph.D. in the area of Finance.

Dr. Kali Charan Sabat is an Associate Professor in the area of Operations Management. He earned his doctorate from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Mumbai. He also holds Global Certificate in SAS Visual Analytics and has cleared the National Eligibility Test conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

He possesses 19+ years of experience in the industry, teaching and corporate training that ranges from companies such as BEL, Air India, Google Geo to academic institutions such as NMIMS and Administrative Staff College of India. He is an active member of prestigious national and international bodies such as Society of Operations Management (SOM), Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) Society, Indian Academy of Management (INDAM) and Production and Operations Management Society (POMS).

He teaches courses in the areas of Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality Management, Business Strategy, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.

Cdr. PG Bhat is a retired Naval Officer. After early retirement, he worked as a Project Director at HCL Perot Systems, VP at ObjectOrb Technologies, and as founding Managing Director of Parity Computing India.


He is an advisor to two Schools on teaching methods and general management and is associated with a few NGOs. He has conducted several Faculty Development Programmes for schools and colleges.


As a corporate trainer, he has taught several courses in about 50 software companies in India and abroad. He has been a visiting faculty with some institutes like the National Institute of Design, National College, PES University, Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, and Kautilya School for Public Policy.


Since 2010, he has been analyzing public data like electoral rolls, PDS, and MNREGA. His feedback and help have resulted in the improvement of the data quality of the electoral rolls of the country. He has been a keynote speaker/panel member in seminars related to software for public causes.

Balu helps solve real-world problems by leveraging technology and helps build businesses out of them. Balu’s Deep Tech expertise is utilized by companies to build cutting-edge products. His areas of interest include IoT, Data Sciences, ML, Embedded Systems, Wireless Tech, and Semiconductors. Balu is a performing, professional-level Saraswathi Veena Artist (Carnatic Classical Music), a certified Yoga teacher, and a professional-level photographer.

Prof. Diganta Chakrabarti has more than 22 years of combined work experience in multiple roles as a management educator, executive trainer, consultant, researcher, team leader, and human resource professional. He has published a book titled “Reward Management”, multiple research papers, and articles in various international and national journals, case studies, and opinion pieces. He teaches a range of subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students, like Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Individual and Group Processes, Negotiation Skills and Conflict Management, HR Planning and Staffing, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, HR Analytics, Strategic HRM, Global HRM, and Advanced HRM. Before joining RV University, he was associated with FLAME University, Pune, and the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad. He was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Toledo, Ohio, USA (2007-08). In his Ph.D. thesis, he explored “The Impact of HR Practices Identified as High-Performance Work Systems on Operational and Financial Performance of a Firm: A Study of the Service Sector in India.” His current research interests include strategic people management practices in organizations, the future of work, and the application of case study methods in management education. In his free time, Diganta likes to read, watch films, listen to music, and follow football.
